I am suffering from chronic Fissure and took lots of laxatives tried allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic too still it's not helping now the laxatives also not helping i don't want to go for surgery i saw people suffering even after surgery even taking laxatives it's hurting whole passing stool and lot of pain remains after bowel movement no blood but itching do we have any permanent solution for it?
