Is there a cure for gynacomastia in ayurveda will it work.. wanted to know..if there is effective treatment

I have 2 cm fibroid in my uterus. I consulted allopathy doctor she's saying fibroid can't be cured. If it becomes too big then it has to be removed surgically. Is there any cure for fibroid permanently in ayurveda without surgery?

Hi Team, I am 30 years old. Yesterday I went for blood test and my triglycerides level was 355 mg/dl. I have heard about "Arjun ki chaal" powder. Should I consume it? Can I say some difference in level after 10 days? I don't want to consume any tablets, just want to reduce it naturally.

From last 2 periods I am having severe period cramps for first day. Also, sometimes I won't have any bleeding at all for first day and cramps and bleeding start on second day. I was detected with nephrotic syndrome few months back. So I took wysolone for 3 months and now I am on tacrolimus 1mg morning and evening. I got the ultrasound done. The reports are normal.
