Hi suffering from Allergic rhinitis.Always nasal stiffness and throat discomfort..Wants to know guduchi or giloy tablet is useful for immunity.

Yes giloy Is useful for immunity but that wont completely cure your allergic rhinitis...
Ayurveda medication are required!
Take steam daily
Put anu tail in both nostrils 2 drops each
Avoid roaming in cold air and winters
Hot fomentation over face and chest is required!

When you feel discomfort in neck then chew black papper two or three times in a day.
When suffer from allergic rhinitis then use cow ghee two three drops as nasal drops.or you can also use mustered oil as nasal drops.
