Treatment for nasal allergy rhinitis
Suggest me some good daily practices or natural foods or some oil routine to cure nasal allergy rhinitis as my nose is congested from several years it was very acute last year but now it's not that much now but still there

Allergic rhinitis can be cured effectively, with changes in your food habit and lifestyle. Avoid curds, fried food items, cold drinks etc which will decrease your resistance to allergens..Drinking hot water frequently is a good practice. Learn pranayama and suryanamaskar from a yoga therapist and Practice daily. Jala neti is the best Practice to cure allergic rhinitis. Instil 2 drops of anu taila into each nostril morning and evening daily.
