Do this Put 2-2 drops of ANU tail in both nostrils in morning Take steam daily for 5-10min Ayurveda medication is definitely required to avoid recurrence for your allergies! Avoid going in dust always wear a mask in such places Consult with me through practo

Avoid dust ,smoke, penetrating smell  pollen grain ,pet animal contact. Prevention is better than cure. Take patolakaturohinyadi  and Nimbarajanyadi tab.
