My arms ache even when i hold lil things, I hav undergone Bone Mass Density test and was diagnosed Osteopenia.
How can I overcome this problem completely , plz help as this has been disrupting my day to day life...

Ayurveda does not know the concept of BONE MASS DENSITY!!
however it does have medicine that increases Calcium levels..but that's not how Ayurveda works!!
Since it works on the concept of DOSHA DHATU AND MAL!
