Hi Doctors, I was having pain in my hip area. On MRi, it shows Marrow Edema . Can you suggest if it can be treated with Ayurveda.

I used Anu tailam in the morning 2-2 drops each nostril nd it gave me very bad side effects. Nose burning, sneezing the entire day and blocked my nose. So it basically made things worse for me. Is this something normal? Is there an alternative drop for allergic rhinitis? Please don't sa noy consult me for more details as I've visited more than 20 ayurvedic doctors.
