I got diagnosed with posterior intersphincteric fistula and tract length is approx 3 cm. I need information on ksharsutra treatment that- How much time it will take to heal How many days pain will be there How many threads needs to be changed

I am having back pain from 4 years and neck pain from 6 months. Following medicines were suggested. Shilajit, balarishta and Ashwagandarista. I am very thankful if someone tell what this three medicines does and whether it's good

Piles no blood but pains .no constipation problem. But have swollen hard mass near anus and one small skin protruded which is shaky. Hard mass pains and it is not reducing. Took siddha medicines and sits bath . No improvement. Taking thuthi powder for past 1 week during morning n night. Swollen mass is hard and painfull. Kept sanjeevini oil also.

From some internet tests and seeing the symptoms of vata dosh I can conclude that I've high vata predominance, I suffer from gastic issues daily and few digestive issue,  I started following a vata pacifying diet including paneer, egg and moong daal and rarely soya, Now I started taking ashwagandha in ginger warm water and I was wondering if I should take brahmi with it and in morning triphala? Can I take those?

I am Female 37 yrs. I have hypothyroidism taking 100mcg thyrox daily. I have acidity and acid reflux issue for some time my doctor recommended combination of avipattikar churna, kamdudha ras and sutshekhar ras vati.and i m also having trikatu for indigestion. Still I am not getting results. I m having pain in upper abdomen the pain is like infection in stomach. After taking trikatu for almost 1 week I m not getting relief from indigestion, acidity, acid reflux, stomach pain, nausea feeling. What might be the issue?

I take patanjali medhavati tablet 1 morning.... 1bed time How many months take dis... For my anxiety.......
