Sir it can surely be helpful for you but few other specific medicine are available in ayurveda for increased level of billirubin in blood, you can take consultation for proper advice, and liv 52 ds can be taken as two tablets twice a days for maximum 30-45 days

If you are not a sugar patient then instead of tablet take syrup. If take tablets the 2 ,2 tablets three times in a day after breakfast, lunch, dinner. OR If you take syrup then you can take 2 table spoon 3 times in a day for 2 weeks regular then check your bilirubin Again and check how much it decrease. After that if it is normal then you can stop medicine .

Don't go for self medications! !! Bilirubin levels can be controlled by other medicines too! Since you are not  an Ayurveda doctor Don't choose medicine on your own! Consult first

Hiii, 1.There are better meds that works on ur bilirubin because liv52 works as a common protective for liver. 2.It is important to correct ur food and lifestyles mistakes to avoid reoccurance of same condition and to find the actual problem. 3.u can feel better by taking the above drs dosage but for a longer run u need a advice of an ayurveda vaidya.Take care!
