Can I have Himalaya shatavari tablets ?
Breastfeeding mother of 4.5 months. I have been taking lactare tablets to boost milk supply for the past 3 months.. I started taking shatavari powder . But due to its odour and after taste I don't like it . Can I have Himalaya shatavari tablets?
