Himalaya Abana tablet and Dabur Lipistat
Can I start Himalaya Abana tablet and Dabur Lipistat tablet together? My total cholesterol is 218 and triglycerides are 187, and my ayurvedic vaidya told me to start these both medicines. I wonder if this will cause any side effects. And for how long I should use these medicines.

Yes. , You can start both medicines altogether. This will lower your cholesterol levels. It doesn't cause any side effects . You can use them under Ayurvedic doctor physician. Proper diet and regular exercise should be done along with medicine for better results

Yes dear.. You can start abana and lipistat tablet it will help you to lower your cholesterol and triglyceride level.. It also help you in other problems also as to lower your weight also.. You should take it as per your doctor.. Also do some yoga and pranayam to increase the effect of that medicine or as supportive to get best result as I am yoga evaluator will give you advice for exercises and pranayam also give you Ayurvedic medicines for that consult with me personally..
