How to reverse excess pitta in the body? I have hyperacidity and gerd. Thanks to some of the genuine doctors here who gave the reason behind it is pitta dosha. And I am having excess pitta dosha. Well, I have already tried different choornam, legiyam,  gritam, syrup, tablets etc in both sidha and ayurvedha.  Unfortunately, i am unable to reverse the excess pitta in the body.

What's the prakruthi of Amla? I see this is used in many medicines. Since this is also acidic, how is it cool in nature?

Acidic foods when taken becomes alkaline. How can acidic foods become alkaline when consumed? How can we confirm this? What foods come under this? Does this concept apply for alcoholic liquor? I could not understand this concept. Can anyone explain?

Enlarged adenoid with facial heaviness from past few years.chronic post nasal drip and throat mucus only one side of the throat and mouth roof.Is it possible to adenoid doing this problem only on one side? Pns scan and everything is normal. No sneezing or anything. What to do please help with details.tried everything.My doctor said it is adenoid.but the report says its normal.
