I get constipated for 2-4 days
When I use coffee in the morning, I get some relief but cannot empty the bowel.
I have taken triphala, Divyaa churna, nityamm,kayam but no relief.
I have stopped coffee from a long time, but now I evacuate in 2-3 days and can't empty the bowel.
