Severe constipation stool dry like cement, causes fissures, tried harataki, nittyam, pet saffa, patajali's shuddhi churn and kayam churn, nothing is working on me now.
I m am 30 ml allopathic laxative cremafin plus everyday.
Suffering from chronic constipation from last 12 - 13 years.
Isabgol causes more constipation than relieving it.
I take 4 ltrs of water, salads, green veggies, everything but situation of constipation doesnt improve. Has ayurveda has a cure of my constipation problem

Perhaps U r taking isabgol in less quantity, So take 3-4 tsf with Lukewarm water or milk or with Triphala quath(decoction) at night, Abhayarista 4 teaspoon bid with equal amount of water bid. after meals,
