No need to take rajapravartini daily.. Chandraprabha vati and kumaryasava are the best options. For dosage you must consult doctor in person.. Also a USG abdomen and pelvis may be required to see if you have PCOD or any other problems..Correction of your life style and adopting healthy food habits is a must.

Dont Take rajpravartani vati now...you can continue taking dashmoolarishta but take it 10 days before upcoming periods before food with equal quantity of water ! Improve your lifestyle Indulge in PHYSICAL activity more Eat right sleep in time and take rest! Raj pravartani is not a medicine to pop up everytime one does not get periods! However dashmoolarishta can be taken every month for normal flow

Abnormal menstruation can be due to several issues. If your hormones are imbalanced then start taking ashokarishta, if this is due to some underlying problem then we need to rule out that cause. If you don't, then take rajapravaritini vati before 4-5 days of your menstruation date. Dashmoolarishta you can take daily.

Rajapravartini vati should take from the 4th week of menstrual cycle and should continue 3 to 6 consicutive months for regularisation of periods.During the bleeding time it need not be taken. From the fourth week again it is started till the onset of bleeding.Dasamoolarishta u can take daily as a tonic.
