I missed my periods in the month of september and october. I am 5'1'' and 67kgs I started taking RajaPravatini Vati and dashmularishta tonic 2 times after meal (as prescribed by doc) Today my period flow appeared. Now my question is how can i get my periods naturally in the upcoming months. I dont want to suffer from amenorrhea any more. I want to take Dashmularishta regularly after periods....can i take it? Plz suggest me some healthy natural tips. I dont want to depend on medicines which induces my missed periods

First of all, you are overweight. As you are saying you missed periods from the last two months, you should go for hormones level test and ultrasound to find out if there is some other reason for your missed periods. Dashmoolarishta you can continue.

Please get your harmones checked and USG abdomen to rule out PCOD. Then treatment can be done.
