Feeling big Lower back pain and have swelling on lower back Leg pain and feeling tired Body pain and weakness This is from many years

I used Anu tailam in the morning 2-2 drops each nostril nd it gave me very bad side effects. Nose burning, sneezing the entire day and blocked my nose. So it basically made things worse for me. Is this something normal? Is there an alternative drop for allergic rhinitis? Please don't sa noy consult me for more details as I've visited more than 20 ayurvedic doctors. Looking for an answer for relief from this problem please.
