I feel pain all over my body all the time . Which medicine is safe to consume and what should be the dosage

Hi, I am breastfeeding mother of 5 month old. I am hypothyroid and taking 50mcg thyronorm. I am taking Galact granules to boost milk supply. Does it interact with my thyroid issue? Also, i get headaches quite often. I take dolo650 for headache. Can i drink galact when i take dolo? Please advise.

Hello Doc, I have lichen planus and the scars are there since 7-8years.I have a 3months baby and currently breastfeeding. Looking for something safe and effective for lichen planus scars removal also old and new streach marks removal.Also i get itching on my body with red boils kind or lines as if a mosquito bite which then goes away.Need help to get rid of these issues.
