Hello . I have 2, yr old girl she one speak a single word baba .. nothing else .what to do try everything bt not work why speaking delay. Pls suggest.

I am having a foul odor ,my breath my stool and fart as well as my sweat smells a lot so which medicine  should I take to fix my body odour, smelly fart and stool and I have zero constipation problem

I have vaat-pitta body type and I am underweight On doing physical exercise or in sun or eating any citrus food like tomato, I am developing skin rashes (photo attached) and also metabolism becomes extremely high. Pls suggest

I work in Night shift from 5pm to 3am and then I go out for jogging at 5am.Once I have completed my work out I take bath drink milkshake.and the sleep from 11am to 4pm. Can you please tell me an which time I should take shilajit.. because taking it before workout I feel difficulty in sleeping.

My daughter 7.5 years old have minor thallasemia. Paediatrician suggested to give her folic acid supplement daily for her haemoglobin levels. Are there any ayurvedic supplement of folic acid which we can give to kids for minor thallasemia.

Dear Sirs&Madams, I'm 42,male,5'8"tall,95kg on antiepileptics-tegrital 1000mg,Cloba 20mg,& antihypertensive Giftan 25mg each day. Have been detected with gall stones long before the present complaint now. Now my big cause of worry is for over a month or so, I'm experiencing Dry,Itchy skin,pricking needles&pin sensation in high concentration especially at the feet, knees and below,armpits,elbows&below. Since my heredity shows each and every person with diabetes,IHD,etc, I have begun fearing. So far I have been on antiepileptics for over 2 decades, & on antihypertensive for 8years & odd. Hello, I have too much belching problems even if I eat simple foods like Khichdi and bhakhri. Belching also causes headaches and giddiness. All abdominal blood reports and ultrasound reports are normal. Even heart tests and reports are normal. Don't know what to do. I can't digest millet, arhad dal, green chillies, peanuts, as these foods cause dizziness for a few seconds. This problem persists in monsoon more. Also, have heartburn issues. Please guide me
