Hi suffering from Fissure can I take milk and ghee at night for soft stools as I just want to avoid constipation

Dear all , I was prescribed below medicine for stone in kidney and fatty liver but after taking medicine I feel itching all over my body, is it due to medicine effect . Medicine names are tablet liv 52 , cystone syrup, sutsekhar ras , punarvadi mandoor which I am taking all four once post breakfast and dinner .. Pls help me..

Piles no blood but pains .no constipation problem. But have swollen hard mass near anus and one small skin protruded which is shaky. Hard mass pains and it is not reducing. Took siddha medicines and sits bath . No improvement. Taking thuthi powder for past 1 week during morning n night. Swollen mass is hard and painfull. Kept sanjeevini oil also.
