Last since 1 year , back pain when lifting weight, pain goes to 4_5 days , what do do for permanent solution

I have pcos from last 10 yr and severe hair loss. I made some recovery in my hair thinning  in last 1 yr (around 25%)but I am again facing severe hair loss like just for 10 days my hair loss now seems to be like grade 5. I have lost 7 kg in last 1 yr and current weight is 59 height 5.2. Recently I have started balyam can that be the cause . Any medicine that can help me get my hairs back.is there any hope

My son having 21 months age. he is facing constipation issue. stooling is bit harder and he cry some times. he is lactose in efficient . so doctor prescribed lactose free. whenever if we change the milk ( normal) he is having either constipation or loose motion after food

I am taking dashmularishta for irregular periods. My last periods was on 6th of november to 9th november. Since then i am taking dashmularishta regularly. Today i am getting a little bit of brown discharge. What does this mean? Will i get my periods within tomorrow?? For how many months should i take dashmularishta
