Is amla mixed with honey is good to boost immunity for kids Age - 2yrs Weight - 10.7kg

Can I give moringa powder mixed with honey every morning to my 2yrs old baby ? Is this safe ? For how many months should I give ?

Hi doctor, I feel a burning sensation on the skin on regular intervals anywhere for sometime in any part of the body. I have noticed this happens only if my stomach is empty. Face skin feels heavy, nausea while eating in afternoon food or after it. Dryness of throat or thick saliva. Heart burn and stomach burn sometimes. Muscle pumps anywhere in the body. Headlines and headache. Kindly suggest. I eat very basic foods nowadays. Jowar bhakri with green vegetables or dal and rice. And I am avoiding everything from outside. Need a diet plan and good medicine and permanent cure from this. Please help.
