Hi doc, iam using Himalaya wellness Shigru tabs for my osteopenia issue, n it's working well, but when I stop taking tabs, the aches return, plz help! Do i need to take it lifelong or any other alternative to it ? Home remedies not working for me...

Hello I'm suffering from Fissure Dr advise me to take isabgol after keeping it in water for 5-6 hrs then taking it directly, as If I consume quickly after mixing in water it bulks up the stool too much which causes fissure to reopen.

Hello I have an acne prone oily sensitive skin. Although i am not currently getting much red/pus filled pimples on my face, but I see many small skin/light coloured overgrown sweat glands. Doctor has diagnosed me with hormonal acne and overactive  sweat glands leading to these bumps on my face. I have PCOD. Doctor is asking me to do laser treatment, which I don't want to. Is there any natural way to get rid of it permanently?

Hello doctor...i missed my periods since two months and i am prescribed by my doctor to take Raja Pravartini vati 1 tablet twice after mean and dashmularishta twice after meal. I am taking it since last 3 days. Everything was ok But today in the morning i noticed red discharge along with white, i went to wash, but after that there is no sign of periods...no red discharge or brown discharge I am worried. Is it normal? Will i get my periods within few days?

I have taken giloy ghanvati tablet which colour is black and foul smell but it's not expired so it's ok or something wrong .plz tell me.
