Swollen hemorrhoid/piles
I was having constipation, 3 days ago i took kayam churna and i had to force bowel movement. after that my there is swelling on my anus area.
no bleeding but its inflammatory and i am not able to walk properly. i took combiflam for 2 days but swelling is not reduced. how to resolve swelling? please guide. i have attached the picture of affected area.

This is external piles,it.usually don't bleed. Take sitz bath twice daily in Triphala kashaya for 20 minutes.Take karuna lekha twice daily internally.Butter milk include in food plenty. Pilex iont. Externally.
