I am taking baidyanath abhayarishta daily in the morning after breakfast for piles . Feeling better after its use
Can I use it for long term ?
Can it help to remove the hemorrhoids ( Masse )

Abhayarishtam to an extend helps in piles since it helps in constipation. You need other medications also to get rid of pile mass

Hi, abhayarishtha is a good medicine but it does not cure your haemorrhoids , it will take lots of efforts as it is life modifying desease , you need proper guidance, i will suggest you to contact on personal platform to discuss about it and to find right solution.

Abhyarisht gives you some relief in your problem but it will not cure your ailment. It is not a complete treatment of piles and abhyarisht can't help in removal of pile mass. You should consult a ayurvedic physician for proper medication and diet plan according to your prakriti.

Take arshoghana vati 2-0-2 bd after food
2- arsha kuthar rasa 1-0-1 bd after food
3- pilex ointment for local applications before and after defication
If you have constipation or hard bowl take - Gandharv hastadi tail 20 ml with hot milk night time daily x 2 months
And piles mass are treatable according to degree of piles 1,2,3,4 degree with mediciation and kshara sutra ligation/surgical intervention
