What is the good way to eat fruits in breakfast? Only one fruit or a combination of different fruits in breakfast? Either ways, how much we can eat?

My son having 21 months age. he is facing constipation issue. stooling is bit harder and he cry some times. he is lactose in efficient . so doctor prescribed lactose free. whenever if we change the milk ( normal) he is having either constipation or loose motion after food
