I recently got a whole abdomen ultrasound done and would like to know if having the mentioned diagnosis is curable and can cause infertility? My major symptom is that i am having continuous pain in my lower abdomen, especially right side of the lower abdomen, and I suffer from extreme pain during my menstrual cycle. Also, I am unable to hold urine and stool for long due to this pain (dunno if this linked to the diagnosis or not) Is it treatable without any surgery? Is it benign? Is it cancerous? Is it treatable with ayurvedic treatment? Will I be able to conceive normally?

Please suggest detailed diet chart for mother (Indian laddoos etc) for post partem normal delivery for first 2 weeks after baby is born

Hello I have anxiety problem and I tell u symptoms 1 I don't feel nervous and stress due to anxiety or during anxiety 2 I feel nervous,stress and overthinking when I am facing problem 1 if I have acidity and gastric than I feel tired,lazy and anxious 2 I feel heart palpitations sometimes and only heart palpitations than I feel I will fell down but relax after deep breathing 3 I have heart palpitations in night before sleep and if I am happy than it problem comes in morning 4 During heart palpitations I feel gastric and acidity and also urine problem 5 I don't drink or smoke and any other bad habits So tell me I have to visit heart specialist or I have anxiety problem

In addition to medicine what else life changes do you suggest to vata imbalance patient regarding diet and oil massage etc.it would be really kind of you if you can guide me i am keen learner abd  trying to learn aayurveda and it principles. Regards
