I am starting virechana. Does it have any side effect?? During snehpan what can I have to eat,? I am an healthy individual with occasional constipation and skin eczema issues

Hi, Don't know I m getting blisters(cold sores) on my lips whenever I feel tired it's very itchy and painful. It takes around more than one week to get a cure. Is there any ayurvedic solution to treat blisters permanently and what is the reason for occurring blisters.

I m getting treated for piles in ayurveda i had got tied thread yesterday it is so painful wen ll the pain reduce? Today I had passes stool n little bleeding is this natural to bleed and how long will it take the piles to fall off once tied thread pls suggest..

I'm suffering from constipation form a long period. My body colour has turned dark and acnes are there. Stool is very sticky. I can't completely evacuate the bowel. In blood test everything is normal except, Basophil are 0 and bilirubin is 1.5 . When I take coffee or oats in morning, it helps but I don't want to take these things. I used to go earlier without taking anything. When I drink chai, stool turns dark and sticky. I have taken triphala, Divya churna, isabgol, faki but no relief. Blood flow is also affected from stomach problem😭 Please see the ultrasound report below.
