I am taking dashmularishta for irregular periods. My last periods was on 6th of november to 9th november. Since then i am taking dashmularishta regularly. Today i am getting a little bit of brown discharge. What does this mean? Will i get my periods within tomorrow?? For how many months should i take dashmularishta

I have frequent cold allergies. How much times I should take this tablets and how many tablets at a time? For how long duration?

Recently got diagnosed with (Scalp infection with bacteria due to high heat). Ayurveda doctor suggested to use (Nimbadi kwath & Gandhak tab) for purify blood 1) Can we use Nimbadi & Gandhak rasayan tab for 2 months continuously? 2) How long we can take those? 3) How many months of course duration? Please clarify regarding medicine course duration .

I soak patanjali arjuna kwath overnight and boil it in the morning then I took it , after few time later I feel like a vomiting, any one suggest me why it's happening it's harmful or it's just a temporary, In packet says to eat five grams but five grams is too much when i measure it , anyone please describe me the proper way to take Arjuna kwath to benefit my overall health.

I'm losing weight continuously I'm suffering from hypothyroidism and having constipation because of that. Dhaniya water in morning  gives me some relief but not completely.

I get constipated for 2-4 days When I use coffee in the morning, I get some relief but cannot empty the bowel. I have taken triphala, Divyaa churna, nityamm,kayam but no relief. I have stopped coffee from a long time, but now I evacuate in 2-3 days and can't empty the bowel.

I have 6momth baby .cs delivery hair growth seen in after delivery .but after few months hapirloss increases .tsh &vit d3 normal but hair loss &dandruff lot of .I'm using kpn neelibhringapdi hair oil but no change .plz suggest oil or medications.
