For men in their forties, american system says bp cannot exceed 120/80. Whereas German system says bp can be 140/90. What does ayurveda say, is 140/90 considered normal bp in ayurveda? How high is too high?

Hi I have a 28 day menstrual cycle and after 14th day of my period I start soptting red, pink Brown discharge and cramps. I am also trying for a baby and had an ultrasound which is normal. My doctor said it could be due to low progesterone and I am taking progesterone supplements which make me feel better and mange problem. But I don't want to keep taking this and need some long term cure to the problem in ayurveda. Please suggest if this hormonal imbalance can be treated. Report attached

If you take TWO mukta vati tablets at 7 am, then how long does the effect last? For twelve hours? 24 hours? I was suffering from panic attack during covid 2nd wave..but now i am fine..i am taking anti- anxiety medication from 3 year..i am not able to leave allopathy medication..whenever  reduce medication sleep totoally gone.i am taking 10 mg Escitopram / clonazepam .25 mg. Can i shift my allopathy medication to ayurvedic medicine ?
