My son 15 year old...he has pimples on face and nose...it looks ugly and tried some c..reams given doctors..but it doesnt work..so plz suggest me some home remedies to get rid of this problem..tq

I m getting ayurveda treatment for piles through thread tie procedure and once thread was tied and it fell down after 7 days and doctor suggested to tie thread again so will it be more painful again as before n how many days will it again take thread to fall off pls suggest

I am diagnoised with L5S1 disc bulge with neural foraminal narrowing. Consulted near by Sidha doctor and he provided LUMBATON SOFTGEL CAPSULES (2 in the morning and 2 at night after food). Along with he suggested few strengthen exercise. It's been one month but not seeing much improvement , will it be settled or any further treatment needed ?
