I keep getting recurring uti during my cycle. And also I have other symptoms like burning,itching and frequent urination. I use just normal cotton only still it happens oftenly..I've tried taking allopathic treatment too before.. but I didn't find any improvement. So what's the permanent cure for this problem?

I have been Hyponotremic since 5 years.The Sodium level fluctuates from 125-134 Evey quarter that I get tested.I use Lavan Bhaskar Churn.Is there a more effective medicine to cure it permanently?

Hello Doctor, I am facing Dizziness from 2 months and neck stiffness from around 6 months. I had fever one day and I carried my child for long time that day. Next day my both arm pained a lot. Then next day pain got reduced but dizziness started. My BP, Sugar, Thyroid test is normal. I was having VIt-D and B12 Deficiency, I am taking tab for that. But Dizziness is still persist along with neck pain. MRI shows, C3,4,5,6,7 have mild disk bulge and mild nerve compression.
