Is fermented rice kanji good or bad? I soak rice cooked for lunch at around 2 pm with plain water in an earthen pot for nearly 22 hours. I blend this rice with salt and curd and drink it around 12 pm the next day noon for breakfast. The problem i am facing is i sometimes get diarrhea 3-4 hours after drinking this kanji. Eg: When i pass stools in the morning, the stools are normal. Afternoon i get diarrhea and night my stools are back to normal. This happens occasionally, not everyday. Should i stop drinking kanji?

Hello sir.. I have been facing dizziness and stiffness in my neck and pain also. Latest MRI showed pinched nerve also. I want to know if my condition is completely curable in Ayurveda because nothing had worked. Please help

I am suffering with severe anxiety and one doctor through practo suggested mentat 2-0-2 for one month. But after one month my anxiety is not decreased. Please suggest any other medicines for anxiety with immediate effect. My anxiety levels are more I need high dose and strong medicines that works immediately. Could you Please please advice.

I am 23 years old. I used to have irregular period cycles. But after taking dashmularishta my periods became regular. I know it is not a period regulariser but still am having my periods on time and no more extra pain. Bleeding is healthy and most importantly i feel very active. This tonic is helping me a lot My question is can i take dashmularishta for lifetime? Is it harmful to take this tonic for lifetime. Do i need to stop it after three months?

My stool Is brown in colour but seep green colour in toilet water . Is it bile? . I am bit worried. Can u help me why this occurs

Hello Doctor, We are taking ayurvedic treatment from a vedhya in Pune and for knee treatment he has taken out clotted blood from that area and suggested to take below medicines which are expensive: 1. Calcium buti (6000 rs per gm) 2. Amrit kalash buti (15000 per gm) 3. Sona bhasam (2200 per gm) 4. Jeevan jyoti ras (9500 per gm) My query is, are these ayurveda buti/medicine genuine and are they really this expensive and costly or is this some type of fraud/trap? Please advice!

Hello Doctor, I was taking Prohance protein powder a year back and it suited me well constipation was gone,I felt energetic but once I got to know I am going towards being insulin resistant I stopped taking it...at present I have lost weight by diet and yoga..
