I had a L5S1 disc protrusion, now undergoing Kati Basti treatment. In between Dr. Advised to take Gugulu and Nucart-OA as a medicine two times a day. Gugulu seems to be fine for me. Is it okay to take Nucart-OA? When I just searched about this, Could notice Nucart-OA has some side effects. Please help to clarify.
