Sarpagandha
For someone in their forties having a bp of 160/100, is zandu sarpagandha 275mg a good medicine? Is one tablet after dinner and one after breakfast enough? Or should I take more because bp is high?

Sarpgandha is good for high Bp .you can two tablet once in a day monitor your Bp regular. If you don't get results then consult here. There another medicine which have good results for Bp.
