Does moringa leaf powder aggravate vata pitta? Is 5 or 10 grams of moringa powder daily  good for those with vata pitta prakriti? Give detailed answer so I can consult later.

Moringa powder is ushna. You should not take in this quantity . Take 3 gm per day . If you are pitta prakriti you will get heat i creased. So take with advice of vaidya. Its useful in vaat vikar like arthritis etc. But it should be taken for few duration and not lifetime .contact for consultation.
