I have got my period after 7 days if my last period but no flow..only spotting not even pad required. Last month I got same but after using progesterone tablet I got flow.i did ultrasound and found there is a small right cyst simple one. No thyroid and prolactin levels ar wnormal. No pregnent. Can you please help me how flow can be increased

I'm suffering L5S1 disc protrusion for more than 2 months. In between undergoing a treatment, All of the sudden feeling electric sensation in one side of the shoulder blade when i put my neck down. When consulted Ayurveda doctor, he suggested 1 week oil massage followed that Kati Basti treatment in cervical segments for one week and lumbar segments for one other week.My doubt is can we do Kati Basti in both cervical and lumbar at a same time?
