For a person with vata pitta rakta prakriti, are exercises like pushups, lifting weights, walking, swimming etc allowed? Or do they increase pitta? If so, what exercises are allowed for Pitta vata people?

Plz correct there is no Rakta kind prakriti it's ok only Rakta dosh described by sushrut Rishi in Sushrut samhita....
Slowly n consistently needed to mastered n reached at pick of endurance by exercises of any prakriti accordingly with Ritu so olz consult in person for examination and assessment of prakriti n aligne with dietary n exercise regime to grab your goals about health and fitness or if u r professional body builder or player
When pitta is his equibrium/ natural state yes it is recommended, It should decided by Expert
