My immunity is very low . I am getting frequent infection and taking antibiotics. How can I boost my immunity suggest me some medicine and can there be home remedies for it

I can't go without coffee,chai or oats. Even with these, I can't completely empty the bowel. This is seriously affecting me. My skin colour has darkened. My bones are getting weak. I feel very weak. My weight is constantly decreasing. I came from 70kg to 58kg in 3-4months. I strongly feel that this is because my stomach is not working properly. Food sticks to intestine. Stool is also sticky. Lot of gas and acid reflux. Teeths have also turned yellow.

Hi. My cholesterol level has been a little high for 5-6 months. The doctor has advised me to eat garlic and lemon. I am taking both of them but not a good response was obtained. Please suggest some good ayurvedic medicine (tablet or syrup) for cholesterol. Thanks

Sir/Ma'am recently I am taking abhayarishta 10ml twice for obstinate constipation problem of 5 years. It also works for me very good. After taking it for 7-8 days, all joints of hands legs started  cracking sound. In each movement noise comes joint. Is it normal ! Suggest me something to take along with abhayarishta so that joints won't pop up. I don't want to leave abhayarishta.
