I  have IBS from many years with passing motions for 7 to 8 times in a day . After COVID due to strong medication developed acidity and severe burping and dyspepsia . I had  Taken a lot of antacids and probiotics with antibiotics earlier. I have  Lot of flatulence and acid reflux currently . I am on ayurvedic medicine for diabetes. Last month as per report doctor suggested me to take Shelcal. But i forget to take. But when last week I had taken 1st dose of Shelcal in afternoon nothing happened, but after half an hour of dinner vomiting started. Again next morning when I had taken Shelcal after breakfast, same vomiting after 1/2 hour. Does Shelcal has side-effects.

Completed virechanam plus 5th day udwarthanam. 2 more days to go. Only 600 gms weight lost till now even with proper diet. I was told a minimum of 3kg to a macimum of 7-9 kgs weight loss can be expected. Is this normal? When can the results be expected post udwarthanam. Is it instant or after some days of the treatment?
