I feel MAYBE!!! I'm suffering from agnimandya. My face gets dry (khusk) & full after eating foods that are cold in nature. Can you please suggest warm spices like ginger to take after food to increase Digestive fire.

I have pain/inflamation in multiple joints in my body. Shoulder pain for sleeping on one side(shoulder tendinitis), heel pain (plantar fasciitis) and wrist pain (De Quervain's tenosynovitis) . What changes I can do in my diet to make my joints better ? All these pain started one year after I deliver my baby...

I am 22 years old 5'1" with a weight of 67 Kgs. I am suffering from amenorrhea since two months...before that i was having irregular periods. I only get regular periods when i take medicine. I dont have cysts in my ovary, and i dont have thyroid I am having low estrogen levels . Doctor prescribed me Raja Pravartini Vati and Dashmularishta together for ten days. She said after that i will get my period I am also focusing on my diet, and trying to lose weight from today Now my question is can i take both of the medicines for three months, will it cause any hamper to my ovary? After three months will my periods cycle be regular?

Hi doctor, My anti tpo has come >1300 U/mL, free T3 as >20 pg/mL, free t4 as 5.03 ng/dl and tsh as 0.01 uIU/ml. The ayurveda doctor suggests that I should take allopathy medicines first and work on my pitta dosh to get rid of this. I wanted to understand if that will be the right approach. Kindly let me know what needs to be done. Thanks.

Can I take mahasudarshan churna (and Giloy ghan vati) for viral fever with cold and cough (viral and bacterial infection)? if yes, can I use it for around 5 to 7 days until the infection is totally cured? will it cause any side effects if I take it for 5 to 7 days? would like to take 2gm (1/4 teaspoon) with lukewarm water in the morning and night. I don't want to take any allopathy medicine especially antibiotics, because it kills good bacteria and weakens immunity.

I missed my periods in the month of september and october. I am 5'1'' and 67kgs I started taking RajaPravatini Vati and dashmularishta tonic 2 times after meal (as prescribed by doc) Today my period flow appeared. Now my question is how can i get my periods naturally in the upcoming months. I dont want to suffer from amenorrhea any more. I want to take Dashmularishta regularly after periods....can i take it? Plz suggest me some healthy natural tips. I dont want to depend on medicines which induces my missed periods
