Can we consume saptasaram khashayam without water if so how to consume my doctor told to drink 15ml but without any other instructions

I have gas and bloating issues. Can gas going upward direction cause dizziness? I get dizziness spells sometimes when I have gas and when I belch, it goes away. Plz help

Hello I am facing problem of nasal polyps due to allergy rhinitis from 2 years + it was very bad few years back but after taking anti biotics and all 1 year back it's little cured but it's not full gone today also sometime left nostril and sometimes right nostril gets blocked and feel frustated still doing homeopathy what is the ayurvedic method except jal neti and rubber neti even adding oil drops I have tried sometimes but it make me sneeze a lot
