Svarna prashan
My baby is 2yrs old and we were advised to give dhoot papeshwar svarna prashan once a week.
This week she was vomiting, I had to give on Saturday but I didn't coz she was sick.. now as she is feeling good.
Can I give it today ? And continue the chain from Sat-Sat ?
Or should I wait till sat and skip this week ?

Unable to come off antidepressants from
I have been on ssri antidepressant Nexito from last 5 years. Started from 20 mg then tapered to 5 mg and gradually tried stopping it twice as per the doctors instructions. But in both the attempts I failed and relapsed, same symptoms came again. Just searching for an alternative in ayurveda. If it can be cured completely with it.
