Dashmularishta
I am 23 years old. I used to have irregular period cycles. But after taking dashmularishta my periods became regular. I know it is not a period regulariser but still am having my periods on time and no more extra pain. Bleeding is healthy and most importantly i feel very active. This tonic is helping me a lot My question is can i take dashmularishta for lifetime? Is it harmful to take this tonic for lifetime. Do i need to stop it after three months?

If the preparation doesn't contain other than dashmoola (ten herbs) there is no harm of taking this. Nowadays artificial sweeteners like sugar is being added to such preparations, so try to discontinue for some months to prevent any side effect. Better is to take understand the supervision of Ayurveda doctor
