I have one pile at 6 o'clock without blood. Constipation is under control. My main concern is swelling. I have developed good food habits. Doing sitz bath daily. My work involves sitting for a longer period and traveling for two hours daily. Please advise.

Hello I want to know exact problem I have 1 I feel head heavy In day for some hours and it comes suddenly 2 I feel cough and like to vomit and also sore throat problem 3 I don't drink or smoke and I don't eat fast food or spicy food in day to day life 4 I feel hungry on time and my stomach empty well in morning 5 But sometimes I feel head heavy and gastric and feel like to vomit So I want to know it is due to anxiety or it is due to pitta increase
