Hi I am 30 year old lady having PCOD from 22 years old. I had two kids inspite of PCOD with natural conception. Since am managing healthy lifestyle my cycle is normal but the problem am facing is I bleeds for only 2 days with 2 to 3 pads a day. Please help me to lengthen the days with more number of pads.

TPO antibodies are in range of 400-550 since 3 years and not getting treated. Also, TSH is varying from 4-7.
