Hello. I recently got freckles/wart like things removed from my face through laser. Can you advice what can help speed up the recovery process. Can I apply shauta dhaut ghrit? What supplements can I take to recover. I'm am skeptical of using the ointment prescribed by dermat as they burn while applying and I have sensitive skin. Usually Ayurvedic creams suit me.

I hav history of chronic bloating, the moment I eat something my stomach distends..... and my bowels clear only  70 to 80%, now on that if I eat any sour food my stomach burns....... I eat on time, I drink water properly, i sleep well, I dont eat junk n limit my spicy foods still the problem persists....... Plz help...

Kid having nighttime cough and recurring every 1 to 1.5 months. Allopathic doctors saying it is asthama as recurring for last 2-3 years. Given inhalers for treatment. Does ayurveda suggest to use inhalers (levolin or budecort)? What all home remedies i shall do?

Hi, Is Agastya Rasayanam for cough safe during breastfeeding? I have dry cough. Feeding my 7 month old during morning and night.

I have psoriasis issue since 5 years, whenever I take allopathy medicine, it goes away for few days and If I stop taking medicines then it will come out again.

I tell u my details symptoms 1 I don't feel stress before sleep and I have good sleep of 7 to 8 hours 2 sometimes I feel heart palpitations during sleep and also sometimes I feel stress after wake up and this problem solved after sometime 3 I don't drink or smoke and don't feel tired,lazy, anxious and frustrated due to anxiety 4 I wake up in good mood but sometimes I feel suddenly stress and I don't eat fast food 5 I take food only two times and I have gastric and acidity problem but this problem not affect my hunger,I feel hungry on time 6 sometimes suddenly I feel like I am lazy and like fell down but normal after sometime,but during this I feel gastric and pain 7 my stomach is empty good in morning and I don't feel constipation 8 in summer I have gastric and pain but Im winter I have gastric and burning and acidity So tell me it is due to anxiety,or pitta problem and head feel heavy on back above neck
