I have heard a lot about suvaranaprashan. Can i give it to my 4 year old and 6 month old daughter. If yes should i go for the ones which are available online or buy it from an ayurvedic doctor

I want to reduce my belly fat and also a few kilos weight. My Ayurvedic doctor prescribed me Yugveda Medoghatak Ras and Medohar Guggal tablet, daily 2 times before meal. So my question is, does these medicines really help in fat loss? If yes, how many days it takes for the results to be visible?

Hello Doctor, I am facing Dizziness from 2 months and neck stiffness from around 6 months. I had fever one day and I carried my child for long time that day. Next day my both arm pained a lot. Then next day pain got reduced but dizziness started. My BP, Sugar, Thyroid test is normal. I was having VIt-D and B12 Deficiency, I am taking tab for that. But Dizziness is still persist along with neck pain. MRI shows, C3,4,5,6,7 have mild disk bulge and mild nerve compression. My motion are normal . They are brown coloured. But the stool changes toilet water to green. Brown stool is surrounded by green fluid. Why is that so?. I have no abdomen pain. But have bit flatulence. and I usually don't do exercises.

I've talked to a guy from a company named bione , that claims they can help me increase 3 inches in 3 months by taking this height growth protein (ayurvedic), bone density increase  and a acupressure shoe sole with diet and exercise. Is their claim right? Is it possible to still increase 3 inches in my height? If yes, then please tell me how?

Doctor, My daughter 5 years old weight of 13.8kg. she suffered from cough and allergy for the past two months. Consulted so many doctors and diagnosed with Adenoid hypertrophy. ENT doctor advised to take flutiflow cortesteroid nasal spray and Montelucast chewable tablet for 1month.  Now it's been 3 weeks, symptoms reduced a lot almost 90%.  Still having mild wheezing and nasal voice.  So, Also consulted siddha doctor, he suggested to take  "Eosinophal" tablet twice a day and Thaliathy chooranam along with Allopathy medicine. Would like to know is 2 tablets of Eosinophal tablet for 5years along with Montelucast will be over dosage? Or can we take after allopathic medicine or complete? Kindly suggest.

Suffering from fissure from last one year. On homeopathic medicine right now .. Doesn't want to go for surgery. Can ayurvedic medicine help.?

Let's say we took mukta vati for two months and bp is back to normal. Diet is also good. Can we still continue to take mukta vati long term just to make sure bp doesn't return? Or is it compulsory to stop mukta vati once bp is normal? Please advise prudently and I'll consider a consultation.
