I have been Hyponotremic since 5 years.The Sodium level fluctuates from 125-134 Evey quarter that I get tested.I use Lavan Bhaskar Churn.Is there a more effective medicine to cure it permanently?

I am suffering from nephrotic syndrome minimal change disease from last one year. I was in remission from last 6 months and it relapsed last month. I am again on steroid medication. Is there any permanent solution for nephrotic syndrome in ayurveda? Or it can be just managed?

Hello Doctor, I am facing Dizziness from 2 months and neck stiffness from around 6 months. I had fever one day and I carried my child for long time that day. Next day my both arm pained a lot. Then next day pain got reduced but dizziness started. My BP, Sugar, Thyroid test is normal. I was having VIt-D and B12 Deficiency, I am taking tab for that. But Dizziness is still persist along with neck pain. MRI shows, C3,4,5,6,7 have mild disk bulge and mild nerve compression. Doctor, My daughter 5 years old weight of 13.8kg. she suffered from cough and allergy for the past two months. Consulted so many doctors and diagnosed with Adenoid hypertrophy. ENT doctor advised to take flutiflow cortesteroid nasal spray and Montelucast chewable tablet for 1month.  Now it's been 3 weeks, symptoms reduced a lot almost 90%.  Still having mild wheezing and nasal voice.  So, Also consulted siddha doctor, he suggested to take  "Eosinophal" tablet twice a day and Thaliathy chooranam along with Allopathy medicine. Would like to know is 2 tablets of Eosinophal tablet for 5years along with Montelucast will be over dosage? Or can we take after allopathic medicine or complete? Kindly suggest.
