Can I take medohar guggul as weight is 98 and my height is 5.8. I am doing gym and maintaining a healthy diet. Is medohar guggul safe to consume to reduce weight? How much time it would take to reduce weight?

My daughter having severe cough and cold and also fever coming every 4 hours 102.. can you pls suggest any medicine.she is under weight.around 17kg and not eating anything

I had a fistulectomy surgery in end of November 2023. The  wound has healed except a small part inside the anus which has formed like a fissure. Occasionally, during BM, the stools rub over the wound, and that causes mild painless bleeding, which is not letting the wound heal completely. Does ayurveda or homeopathy have medicines that can heal this wound faster?

I get gases which pass after few hours of morning bowel movements and then later in the evening. The upper stomach does not feel full or uncomfortable. It's just the feel of gases trapped at anus until they pass. Does something like basti treatment help to solve this problem for long term?
