Hi doctor, I was taking herpes homoeopathy treatment for 6 onths. Is  there a cure for herpes in Ayurvedic medicine? If so, how much time does it take? What are the steps?

Hi Dear Doctors, my brother has UTI from long time he has tried allopathic treatment multiple times but it's not cured yet, his main symptoms are extreme burning sensation in urine and weak urine flow, ultrasound abdomen pelvis report everything is normal like kidneys, prostate etc etc only urine culture shows infection named (klebsiella pneumoniae) he showed to ayurvedic doctor 4 weeks ago and he has been prescribed Chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice and day, Punarnava 1 tab twice a day and varunadi kashaya twice a day before meals he is continuing the course.. But very slight improvement in symptoms, are these medicines sufficient to work for UTI or some other medicines/herbs needs to be added to the course if yes kindly tell what needs to be added with this treatment??
