Is baidyanath moringa tablet 250 mg good for overall health for a pitta vata prakriti person? Will two capsules per day (500mg per day) be enough?

Hi I took this medicine for stress and better sleep but it gives me constipation if continued for more than fifteen days. And also causes excessive salivation. I deal with high stress, was diagnosed with CPTSD.

Can drinking dasamoolarishtam after breakfast and dinner reduce pitta vata, rakta and remove acidity? Is that the only use of dasamoolarishtam or are there other hidden benefits? If I can can get a clear idea, I may be able to connect with you.

It's said that ashwaganda on its own aggravates pitta but if prepared as ashwagandhadhi with other Herbs then it pacifies pitta. Is this true? Does ashwagandhadhi pacify all three doshas for a vata pitta rakta prakriti person?

Does body heat cause bleeding during bowel movement? When I eat heat causing foods such as chicken or fish or jaggery or bitter gaurd, the next day, while passing stools, i notice a few drops of fresh bright red blood. I am not sure if this is due to fissure or piles or any other reason as i do not have pain during or after bleeding bowel movement.

Hi I am taking ayurvedic syrups for liver. Few days I am not remembering if I took the medicine or not and I am taking it twice this happened three times. Today early morning I took medicine again after eating bf I felt I ddidnot took the medicine and drank the medicine again it was 5 ml morning and 5 ml evening but I took 5ml twice within 2 hours. I have fatty lever gr 1.along with my digestion has deteriorated a lot.now triphla,gulakand and kumarasv and abhyarista are also not relieving.. I tried arinda taila also.. Does fatty lever causes so much constipation. I also do yoga.walk and drink water regularly..

I have noticed that when weather changes from monsoon to winter, winter to summer, and summer to monsoon... I have digestive issues, dizziness spells, headache, and other issues... Have done all types of blood tests, heart tests and all... Don't know what is happening to me...
