I have multiple small round white coloured raised acne scars on my face, as identified by a dermatologist. Is there a treatment for the same in ayurveda?

I have severe pitta dosh...i cant eat ginger garlic jagery papaya brinjal as i start bleeding with lower abdomen pain...i also have severe acidity problem along with ulcer nausea dizziness...dr suggested me to take avipattikar churan with normal water but when i took m having pain in stomach because it consits saunth tejpata laung etc warm ingredients..should i continue with the churan or should i switched to any other medicine as warm herbs are making my symptoms worse...secondly what should i take for relief in ulcers n acidity . ...m recently taking aloe vera juice...pls suggest some medicines

My wife zenab is 18 years old. We got married on 18th feb 2024. Since 3-4 days she has been facing back and stomach pain continuously. Before pain starts, she ate omelette ,roti and curd. Her period date cycle ranges from 4 to 6 each month but this month her periods has not been start. She eats homemade food, she doesn't like roadside food. She drank lemon water also but stomach pain not cured and back pain is still there. She applied iodex but issue not resolved.
