Ok , you still brestfeed your baby.
Add one allopathy drug tb Albandazol 400mg once in week for 2week
Add orally vidangasav 10ml 2times after meal for 15 days.
On ringworm rash you can apply daru-haridra or normal haldi , neem leaves pest for 10-15min before bath.
Avoid - Dahi, sprouts etc.
