I have triglycerides 381 and LDL 161 and total cholesterol is 215..recently met doctor they suggested me to take tablet..but I am not taking it..can anyone suggest me how to reduce my cholostrol levels..

There were tonsillitis on left side and many lymph nodes were swelling however the infection of tonsillitis has subsided however lymph nodes still not gone away. It is been since last 25 days.

Hey, I'm working as an UI Designer in a IT Industry at a remote position. With a lot of stress and anxiety at work. I'm unable to sleep properly and this affects my work-life balance, dealing with anxiety and anger. One of my collegue advised me to start taking ashwagandha. I have looked online and found Himalaya Organic Ashwagandha 670mg Caplets. I have started taking it and I feel less stressed out & anxiety. But I'm not sure how long I should consume it. I take one tablet at night with warm milk or water sometimes. No health Issues by the way.

Hi sir / madam My husband had underwent angioplasty in 2016 and pcnl surgery for kidney stones in 2022. Now everything is normal but in usg report there is a fatty liver grade 2. Many saying that weight reduction is enough. He is 93 kgs now going to gym. But my doubt is can i give him "liv 52" capsules?? If it is ok what is dose per day as per his health. He is currently taking omega capsules for heart health too. Can i give him apple cider venigar?? Is this recoccur kidney stones?? Suggest me as per his health point of view?? Plssss.. I love him so much. Iam so much worrying.
