Temple ache due to wind
Hi doc, whenever Iam exposed to wind my temples ache , eventhough i cover my head when in wind, still it bothers me.....i face this problem in monsoon n winter seasons.... plz help....

You can massage behind ur ears for 10 mins and put 1-2 drops of vilwadi oil or mustard oil into your ear it at night, it will help you and cover your ears while you are traveling
