Kindly suggest best ayurvedic diet plans to reduce weight i am frommsouth indian . so rice is main ingrdient i heard that once we stop the diet , we again get over wright? is it right bcs long term weight loss diets are not good many said

Hi Dear Doctors, my brother has UTI from long time he has tried allopathic treatment multiple times but it's not cured yet, his main symptoms are extreme burning sensation in urine and weak urine flow, ultrasound abdomen pelvis report everything is normal like kidneys, prostate etc etc only urine culture shows infection named (klebsiella pneumoniae) he showed to ayurvedic doctor 4 weeks ago and he has been prescribed Chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice and day, Punarnava 1 tab twice a day and varunadi kashaya twice a day before meals he is continuing the course.. But very slight improvement in symptoms, are these medicines sufficient to work for UTI or some other medicines/herbs needs to be added to the course if yes kindly tell what needs to be added with this treatment?? Does 6month use of ashwagandha 500mg ksm66 will cause thyroid to not produce tsh level? as it stimulates production of tsh so on quitting this will the pituitary gland go back to normal to and will tsh level come back to baseline please answer the question don't ask for consultation,it's just a simple question.
